Haus+ is designed to provide a professional, welcoming and well-managed workplace for everyone who works from, visits or uses our spaces. These House Rules help us keep it that way.
These House Rules apply to all Members, their employees, representatives, guests, visitors, vendors and invitees using any Haus+ Premises.
Please use the Premises in a professional and respectful manner consistent with normal commercial office use.
Members and guests must not engage in any activity that is unlawful, offensive, unsafe, disruptive or likely to interfere with the use or enjoyment of the Premises by others.
Noise should be kept at reasonable levels, particularly in common areas, corridors and shared workspaces.
Haus+ may intervene where any activity, behaviour or use of the Premises is reasonably considered disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate or inconsistent with these House Rules.
Access credentials, including access cards, mobile credentials, QR codes or other means of entry, are personal and non-transferable.
Members must not share, lend, copy or transfer their access credentials to another person.
Please do not allow another person to enter a restricted area using your access credentials. Each Member should use their own authorised means of access.
Lost or compromised access credentials should be reported to the Haus+ team promptly. Replacement physical access cards may be subject to a replacement fee.
Haus+ may suspend or restrict access where reasonably required for security, safety, compliance, maintenance or breach of the Membership Agreement or these House Rules.
All guests and visitors must be registered through the Haus+ app, visitor management system or another process prescribed by Haus+.
Guests may be required to check in at reception and provide a valid government-issued photo ID or complete other reasonable security requirements before being granted access.
Members are responsible for their guests and visitors while they are at the Premises.
Guests must remain within authorised areas and, where required by Haus+, be accompanied by their host.
Haus+ reserves the right to refuse, restrict or revoke visitor access for security, safety, compliance or inappropriate conduct.
Delivery personnel, couriers and other delivery partners are generally not permitted beyond reception or designated delivery areas unless specifically authorised by Haus+.
Members should arrange to collect food, parcels and other deliveries from the designated collection point.
Large, unusual, high-value or operationally sensitive deliveries should be coordinated with the Haus+ team in advance.
Meeting rooms should be booked through the Haus+ app or other designated booking system before use.
Please use meeting rooms only for the period booked and leave them ready for the next Member.
Members should not occupy a meeting room beyond their booking where another reservation follows.
The number of persons using a meeting room must not exceed its designated capacity.
Applicable meeting-room credits, cancellation rules and overage charges will be governed by the Member's plan and the prevailing Haus+ policy.
Phone booths and other focus spaces are intended for calls and short periods of focused work.
Please be considerate of other Members waiting to use them and avoid unnecessarily prolonged occupation. Haus+ may prescribe reasonable time limits for their use.
Lounges, cafés, pantries and other common areas are shared spaces.
Please use them considerately and leave them in a clean and orderly condition.
Common areas must not be used as permanent workstations, storage areas or extensions of a Member's private Workspace unless expressly permitted by Haus+.
Furniture, equipment and other items in common areas should not be moved, removed or materially rearranged without approval from the Haus+ team.
Please keep pantry and dining areas clean after use and dispose of waste in the designated bins.
Food with strong odours or food requiring preparation beyond normal pantry use should only be prepared or consumed in areas designated by Haus+.
Any complimentary refreshments, pantry supplies or food and beverage services are intended for reasonable consumption within the Premises and may not be removed in bulk.
Mail and package receipt is available only where included in the applicable Membership Plan or otherwise agreed with Haus+.
Haus+ may notify Members when packages or mail are received. Members are responsible for collecting them promptly.
Unless otherwise agreed in the Membership Agreement or applicable plan, Haus+ may impose storage charges, return items to the sender, or dispose of uncollected items after the applicable collection period.
Haus+ should be informed in advance of unusually large, valuable or sensitive deliveries.
Haus+ does not accept responsibility for the contents, condition, loss or damage of mail or packages except to the extent required by applicable law.
Members using the Haus+ network must maintain reasonable cybersecurity standards on their devices, including current security updates and appropriate protection against malware and other malicious software.
Members must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Haus+ systems, networks, equipment or another Member's systems or data.
Activities that interfere with, overload, compromise or threaten the security or performance of the Haus+ network are prohibited.
Haus+ may disconnect or restrict any device reasonably believed to pose a security or operational risk until the issue has been resolved.
Members must not install routers, wireless access points, network equipment, servers or similar infrastructure without prior approval from Haus+.
Equipment that creates unusual electrical loads, heat, noise, vibration or other operational requirements must not be installed or operated without prior approval from Haus+.
Members must not interfere with electrical, IT, access-control, fire-safety, HVAC, plumbing or other building systems.
Any alterations, drilling, cabling, signage or installation within the Workspace require prior approval from Haus+.
Weapons, explosives, inflammable or hazardous materials, illegal substances and any other item reasonably considered dangerous or unsuitable for a commercial workplace are prohibited.
Members must comply with all applicable fire, life-safety, evacuation and emergency procedures.
Fire exits, corridors, staircases, access routes and safety equipment must remain unobstructed at all times.
Any accident, hazard, security concern or emergency should be reported to the Haus+ team promptly.
Smoking, vaping and use of similar products are prohibited inside the Premises except in areas specifically designated for such purpose, if any.
Alcohol may only be consumed where permitted by Haus+ and in accordance with applicable law and building regulations.
Persons consuming alcohol must do so responsibly. Members are responsible for ensuring that their employees and guests comply with this requirement.
Haus+ is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful workplace.
Harassment, intimidation, threatening behaviour, violence, discrimination or abusive conduct towards any Member, employee, guest, vendor, building personnel or Haus+ team member will not be tolerated.
Haus+ may require any person engaging in such conduct to leave the Premises and may restrict their future access.
Members are responsible for their personal property and equipment while using the Premises.
Items should not be left unattended in common areas.
Haus+ will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property except to the extent expressly provided under the Membership Agreement or required by applicable law.
Pets are permitted only at locations or within areas expressly designated as pet-friendly by Haus+.
Where permitted, Haus+ may require appropriate vaccination records and compliance with applicable building and local requirements.
The person bringing a pet onto the Premises remains responsible for the pet's behaviour and for any injury, damage, disturbance or cleaning requirement caused by the pet.
Haus+ may restrict or withdraw permission for any pet where reasonably required for safety, hygiene, building requirements or the comfort of other Members.
Members may undertake ordinary personal or internal business photography within their exclusive Workspace, subject to their Membership Agreement.
Photography, filming or recording in common areas must not interfere with other Members, capture confidential information or materially affect the normal operation of the Premises.
Professional, commercial or large-scale photography or filming requires prior approval from Haus+.
No Member may photograph, film or record another Member's private Workspace, personnel, screens, documents or confidential information without their consent.
For safety and security, CCTV may operate in common areas, entrances, exits and other appropriate areas of the Premises.
CCTV will not ordinarily be installed within Members' exclusive private offices or other areas where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy, except where required by law or expressly agreed.
CCTV and related information will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Haus+ policies.
Equipment, furniture, accessories and other items supplied by Haus+ remain the property of Haus+ unless otherwise agreed.
Members are responsible for taking reasonable care of such property.
The cost of repairing or replacing items damaged, lost or removed by a Member or their guests may be charged to the Member, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
Members should allow Haus+ personnel and authorised service providers reasonable access to the Workspace for housekeeping, maintenance, repairs, inspections, safety, security and operational requirements in accordance with the Membership Agreement.
Members should promptly report maintenance issues through the Haus+ app or designated support channel rather than attempting repairs themselves.
Members may not install external signage, branding, advertisements, posters or displays in common areas or outside their Workspace without prior approval from Haus+.
Any approved signage must comply with applicable building rules, law and Haus+ brand and operational requirements.
Members must comply with reasonable rules, security procedures and operational requirements applicable to the building in which the Haus+ Premises are located.
Where building-management requirements impose additional security, access, parking, fire-safety or operational procedures, Members and their guests must comply with those requirements.
These House Rules form part of the operating framework applicable to use of the Haus+ Premises and should be read together with the applicable Membership Agreement.
Haus+ may issue reasonable location-specific, safety, security or operational requirements from time to time.
Haus+ may also amend these House Rules where reasonably required for the safe, secure and effective operation of the Premises, changes in law, building requirements or the provision of Services.
If there is any inconsistency between these House Rules and a Member's Membership Agreement, the Membership Agreement will prevail.
By accessing or using the Premises, Members and their guests are expected to comply with these House Rules.
Welcome to Haus+. Work well. We'll handle the rest.
